Auxiliary equipment plays an important role in a complete coal and charcoal briquette production line. It connects different machines into an automatic and efficient production process, including raw material crushing, mixing, conveying, screening, drying, mold replacement and electric control. With matched auxiliary equipment, the whole production line can run more stably, reduce labor cost and improve finished briquette quality.

Coal crusher is used to crush large coal lumps, charcoal pieces, coke particles and raw materials into suitable powder size before briquetting. It ensures uniform feeding and improves the forming effect of the briquette machine.

Powder mixer is used to mix coal powder, charcoal powder, binder and water evenly before pressing. Uniform mixing helps to improve briquette density, surface smoothness and burning performance.

Belt conveyor transports raw materials, mixed powder and finished briquettes between different machines. It reduces manual handling and makes the production line more continuous.

Vibrating sieve separates qualified powder from oversized particles and impurities. It helps to protect the briquetting machine, improve feeding stability and reduce unqualified products.

Rotary dryer is used to reduce moisture content of finished coal briquettes or charcoal briquettes. Proper drying can improve burning efficiency, reduce breakage and make briquettes easier to store and transport.

Mold cabinet stores different molds for producing round briquettes, pillow-shaped coal balls, square charcoal blocks and other shapes. It is convenient for quick mold replacement and flexible production.

Electric control cabinet centralizes the control of motors, conveyors, crushers, mixers and briquette machines. It makes the production line easier to operate, monitor and maintain.

A single briquetting machine can only complete one forming process. If you want to build a real production plant, auxiliary equipment is necessary for material preparation, automatic feeding, continuous production and finished product handling.
