Roller coal briquetting machine, also known as coal dust ball press machine, is core equipment for coal briquette processing. It adopts double roller high-pressure extrusion structure to press loose coal powder, coke powder, slack coal and other raw materials into regular solid briquettes. Working Principle
Raw coal powder is evenly transported into the feeding zone. Two opposite rotating rollers squeeze materials under strong hydraulic pressure. Loose coal powder forms compact briquettes with fixed shape, then falls off automatically. We can change roller molds to produce round briquettes, pillow-shaped coal balls and irregular briquettes.
Applicable Raw Materials
Coal dust, slack coal, coke powder, lignite powder, mineral powder, iron ore powder, manganese powder and other powdery mineral materials.
