Product Introduction
Screw charcoal briquette extruder is the mainstream equipment for charcoal stick production. It extrudes charcoal powder, carbon dust into solid cylindrical charcoal briquettes. Widely used for BBQ charcoal, household fuel charcoal production.
The machine adopts thickened screw propeller, wear-resistant die head, stable extrusion pressure, low failure rate. Different mold sizes can be changed to produce charcoal sticks with different diameters.
Working Principle
Raw charcoal powder enters feeding hopper, pushed forward by spiral propeller. Under continuous extrusion pressure, loose charcoal powder is compressed into dense solid charcoal sticks, then extruded from the mould.

Charcoal powder, coal dust, coconut shell charcoal powder, bamboo charcoal powder, carbon black powder.
